This puts him in the 75% for weight and 95% for length.
He had a great 9 month check up. The only real issue we talked to Dr. P about was his eczema which she prescribed us some cream for when he has a flair up. She said he is growing excellent and is a healthy boy!
Hair/Eyes:
His little hair is starting to grow back in and is really light brown/blonde. His eyes are the same blueish-green depending on what he wears. They also have a pretty brown circle right in the middle. They remind me of his Great-Aunt Ellen and cousin Katherine's eyes.
We think he is starting to look so much more like Trey!

Nicknames: Brother, Wes, Wesley Burger, Wesley Michael
What He's Wearing:
9-12 month clothes, 9-12 month pj's and size 3 diapers (probably will be moving up soon to size 4)

What He Eats:
Wesley is mostly still breastfed along with a supplement of 1-2 bottles of 5 oz of formula per day.
He is still eating three meals a day with snacks in between. He loves fruit, buttered toast, puffs, soft veggies and baby puffs. He also tried yogurt this month and loves it too.
He begs off our plates and will pull up and just cry and cry until we give him a bite of whatever we are eating.
He LOVES food.
This month he has pretty much mastered the squeezie pouch but does sometimes get too excited and makes a mess.
What He Says:
He can say "mama", "dada" "yaya" and "mmmm". He has also said what sounds like "hi" on occasion.
He laughs and has the cutest little chuckle. He also has a high pitched little shriek that kills us it is so darn cute.
If you ask him if he wants milk, he pants and whines until I either nurse him or make him a bottle.
Daily Routine:
He still has milk about every 3-4 hours during the day along with solids. He goes to sleep between 8:30-9pm and thank the lord, he is now usually waking only once a night around 4 am, nursing and then going right back to sleep. He wakes for good in the morning between 6-7am.

Personality:
He is ridiculously cute and happy all the time! He has the sweetest disposition. When he sees the camera or phone he immediately starts to smile.

He is most definitely a Mama's boy and separation anxiety is starting up this month. I figured it would be coming but I was not looking forward to it. Even though he can crawl, if we leave the room he flips out and has a meltdown until we return.
He had another ear infection this month so he was sick for a few days and was completely pitiful, but after some good Mama and Daddy snuggles (and antibiotics) he felt much better.

Motor Milestones/Anything New:
He can stand unassisted and is trying to take steps on his own so badly. He can walk behind a toy or walk holding on to our hands.
He still loves to give big open-mouthed kisses.
He puts EVERYTHING IN HIS MOUTH! I do not remember Trey doing this. It's really bad. I am constantly sweeping and mopping because if I don't I will find random things in his mouth.

He cut his first two teeth- the two bottom ones and they are so stinking cute! When he was working on getting them out, he loved to gnaw on these big cold carrots.

A not so cute habit this month is pulling hair. Anytime he can get his little hands in my hair he pulls it little stinker.
He went on his first big boy wagon ride with Trey and loved it!

He loves being outside but hates the grass so as long as we put him on a big blanket he will not crawl off. It's awesome and hilarious.

He loves being in Trey's room. Every chance he gets he crawls down there and likes to unplug his nightlight.

This month he also started being able to be trusted to play in the playroom for a bit. He thinks he is a big boy. Trey is doing a pretty good job keeping all the tiny toys picked up off the floor.
