We threw a baby shower for the Tolers March 31 to celebrate the upcoming arrival of the newest member of their family, Baby Boy! The theme was vintage ABC and we decorated with lots of coordinating bunting, ABC's and GORGEOUS blue, green and white hydrangeas in milk glass and blue mason jars.
We decided to make the party family friendly instead of just a "girly" shower and I think everyone who came had a good time.
We had delicious appetizers, and Uncle Buh's soon-to-be-famous Pastalaya for the main course. We also served yummy lemon cake, fruit and toffee for dessert.
Mama and G'mama came in to help us out with the shower. We worked to make the yummy food and tons of decorations. We had a great turnout and a BEAUTIFUL day. We had a bubble machine, and bubble wands, pin wheels and a big sign to draw on for the kiddos to keep themselves busy with.

Hubby and I
We are absolutely ecstatic to welcome our new godson into the world in a few short weeks. Kevin and Leslie are wonderful parents and we seriously could not ask for better family. When I think of them, I think of one of my favorite quotes "friends are the family you choose for yourself". I could not think of a better description...Now, c'mon Baby Toler- we are all SO ready to meet you!!
