Trey's Christmas Program and Visit with Santa

At the beginning of December Trey had his little Christmas program at school. GG was just here visiting for Thanksgiving and his birthday but of course she came back to see his program.

The babies and toddlers just had one little part where they walked around the room to Jingle Bells. I'm already looking forward to next year, hehe!

Trey pretty much just looked scared the entire time but we were still glad we were there to watch his big debut, lol!

Also, Nanny and Baby Hayes came to watch it too!

Also, when GG was here, we took Trey to see Santa at Bass Pro.

We weren't too smart about our timing and sat in 5:00 Houston traffic, ugh...but it wasn't anything a little Starbucks coffee and cakepop couldn't fix!

This was our third year bringing Trey to see Santa there but was most definitely the most eventful....

We went randomly one evening during the week so there was absolutely NO line which was really nice. While waiting in the (two person ahead of us) line, Trey got to see Santa and kept waving to him and talking about him.

When it was our turn, we walked right up and Trey got really excited. He was giving Santa high-fives and talking to him. He absolutely did NOT want to sit on Santa's lap.

Santa was awesome and was trying really really hard but Trey wasn't having it.

Finally we just said, Santa just take him and this is what we got, lol.

Poor little dude. He even got so mad he threw his candy cane from Santa on the ground. People behind us were cracking up!

After snapping a few pics we headed out to explore the store (and let Trey calm down). GG was so happy she got to witness it in person as it was pretty hilarious.

Here's to next year when he will have to be brave for his new sibling (hopefully!).

Here are our Santa pics from 2012 and 2013.

2012- Trey 2 weeks old
2013- Trey 1 year old

Trey and his toddler friends did a great job with their jingle bells! Trey sitting on Santa's lap was absolutely precious-a classic picture! I love you all
