Mardi Gras 2012

Well friends, the Mardi Gras season is (sadly) over. I have yet to take down my decorations, but I am sure I will tackle that project at some point tonight. But, before I take them down, I thought I would share a couple with y'all.

Finially my newest addition to my MG decor. My awesome friend Ali gave me this super cute plate for my birthday. She knows how much I love Mardi Gras and she thought it would remind me of home, and she was RIGHT! :)

We started our celebration on Saturday with some boiled shrimp at the Tolers.

Then we taught the lil one how to second line.

Then we finished off the celebration at Floyd's for a little Mardi Gras party and boiled crawfish.
