Remembering Ruthie
Just a quick post today to celebrate the birthday of my Nanny, Esther Ruth Guidroz Major. She was a remarkable woman who (no offense to the rest of you) was my favorite person who ever walked the earth.
I love this picture and think I look a lot like her in her younger years. I miss her everyday and still think of funny things I would like to tell her about my day. She will be gone four years in September.
