31 Weeks

How far along: 31 weeks and 2 days

Total weight gain/loss:  0 lb this week (23-24 lbs total) (Although I feel as if my belly is MUCH larger this week!)

Maternity clothes? Yes, although still wearing some non-maternity though. 

Sleep: I'm still sleeping really good! (VERY thankful for that!) I am so tired by the time I get in bed that I just crash out. Lil man does tend to move a lot before bedtime though. I did wake up a few nights this week with killer leg cramps- ugh!

Best moment(s) this week: The days need to slow down! Even though I can't wait to meet our little man, my days keeping him all to myself are coming to an end! I have also been wanting some silhouette photos of me and lil dude so Hubby took some of us this weekend. I just LOVE how they turned out!

Movement: Still a very active little dude! He still kicks a lot, but some of his movement now feels like he's pulling or pushing on some of my organs (oh joy!) and that he's just shifting his weight around in there. 

Food cravings: Nothing really still. I also haven't had as much of an appetite this week.

Anything making you queasy or sick:  Actually yes! Twice this week after I took my Omega 3 vitamin, I burped up fish for the rest of the day, which did make me feel nauseated! That was NOT fun. 

Gender: Boy!

Symptoms: My back is still sore off and on. I am also getting leg cramps during the night. (Going to increase my calcium (per my doc) and eat a banana everyday (thanks Lauren!) and see if it gets better.  I have also noticed my balance is a little more "off".  Also this little guy is constantly pressing on my bladder. I have the urge to go like the "gotta go right now" commercial then once I get in there it's only a little trickle, thanks little guy... I have also been having some heart burn and indigestion during the day usually after I eat lunch and/or take my vitamins. I think I need to start taking them at night again.

Belly button in or out?  In except for the very top of it is sort of poking out a little. That seems to come and go.

Wedding rings on or off? On but they are getting tighter at times for sure. (especially when I overdue it with the salt, even though I drink TONS of water each day)

Happy or moody most of the time? Happy. 

Anything new? I laughed when I read on another blog that another mommy-to-be does this, but I have also been putting my cell phone or the remote on my belly to exacerbate his movements! It's so funny! The other night he moved the remote so much it fell off my belly!

Looking forward to: The month of October. It means we will start having better football games and also one month closer to meeting our little man!

In other news: We hung up the shelf in lil dude's nursery. We are almost done with his changing table- geez this thing is taking For.Ev.Er. We also ordered his glider (thank you Mama!!!!!!!!) Mama and P also got his baby book for us (so thanks again to y'all!) His nursery is really coming along. Today we went to look at another potential day care and both really loved it! It is definitely our top contender so I think we have found a daycare...yay!!! We also had an appointment this morning with a potential pediatrician (who we totally loved, btw!) She came highly referred (our god babies also see her) and was amazing, so we can check one more thing off our list! Then lil man and I have another check up with Dr. B tomorrow. The time is really getting shorter and shorter!
